Evan oversees the investment process and leads the firm's acquisition and asset management efforts, including sourcing, underwriting, capitalizing, structuring partnerships, and growing and maintaining broker and tenant relationships.
Evan brings a diverse perspective to the company, having learned the business at a young age through the brokerage lens. This foundation helped him develop a disciplined, entrepreneurial acquisition mindset and a consistently growing network. Eventually, Evan transitioned to the principal side of the industry driven by his curiosity and commitment to value creation in the built world. The firms he previously worked for allowed him to learn from some of the most brilliant minds in real estate. With over a decade of NYC real estate investment experience, Evan has transacted on over $2 billion worth of transactions in partnerships with of a mix of high-net-worth family offices, large institutions, and users.
Most recently, Evan was a VP at Wildflower Ltd, one of the most active development and investment firms in NYC, focusing on industrial, film production, and self-storage spaces. Wildflower was at the forefront of the last-mile logistics development boom and became Amazon's most active developer in NYC. The firm also led the development of the noteworthy film production campus, Wildflower Studios.
Prior to joining Wildflower, Evan ran investments for Premier Equities, a family office and one of the largest privately held owners of retail properties in Downtown Manhattan. During his time at the firm, Evan expanded its retail portfolio and helped shape some of NYC’s most popular shopping corridors through neighborhood foresight and deep tenant relationships.
Evan began his New York City real estate journey as a broker at Eastern Consolidated, where he sold over $750 million in real estate in his four years with the firm. His success earned him both company and industry-wide recognition, including being named to Commercial Observer’s "30 Under 30."
Evan grew up and studied in Boston but now calls Dumbo, Brooklyn home.
